Our advise to suppliers of government agencies like in thisparticular supply contract had always been to include these expenses in there prices while sending quotes/Proformer Invoice so it will not in any way affect there overall profit mar gin should they finally be awarded the supply contract
We believe is not yet late to make amend, reason we decided to cheep in this advise to avoid any hiccup along the process, an increase of say 10-15% is recommendable if you did not ever take into account of any inherent expenditure before arriving at your already sent pricequote.
Meanwhile, we await your amended Proformer Invoice as quickly as possible to be able to pass it on to the Contract Tender board Committee first thing on Monday morning.
